Morning light in the Doon valley is soft for about ninety minutes and then it turns hard and contrasty. We spend that window on the shots that need beauty light — exteriors, reception, the hero product, founder portraits.
This is why we ask for an early start even when it feels unreasonable. An hour of good morning light saves two hours of lighting later in the day.

9:30 a.m. — Interviews while everyone is still fresh
We shoot talking heads early on purpose. By 3 p.m. your founder has answered forty emails and it shows on camera — the eyes go flat and the answers get long.
Practical prep: no thin stripes or logos-on-logos on camera, keep a plain-coloured second shirt in the bag, and skip the mint. We will run a five-minute warm-up conversation off camera, then roll without announcing it. The best takes are almost always the ones nobody knew were being recorded.

Hands typing, steam rising off chai, a machine spinning up, someone laughing in a corridor. This is what the edit lives on and it is where we need your team to behave normally instead of performing.
We will ask three or four people to just do their job for ninety seconds while we move around them. Nobody has to look at the camera. Nobody has to say anything.

2:00 p.m. — Lunch, then the flat-light block
Afternoon light is our worst light, so the schedule puts controlled interiors here — studio-style product tabletops, close-ups, screen recordings, anything we can light ourselves.
If your team is running late anywhere in the day, this is the block we compress. It is built to absorb delays.

The last forty minutes of daylight go to the shot that ends the film — a wide of the building, a drone pull-back over the campus, the team walking out together.
Then we shoot the safety versions of everything nobody asked for but everyone later wants: vertical crops for Reels, a logo-safe clean plate, and ten seconds of pure ambient sound.

Cards get copied to two drives before a single case leaves the location. We show you a rough selects folder within 48 hours, first cut in 5–7 working days, and two rounds of revisions after that.

Can we shoot a corporate film in a single day?
Yes — one location, up to three interviews and a solid b-roll bank fits comfortably in a day. Multi-floor offices, factories or two cities need two days.
What if it rains during monsoon?
We keep an interior-first plan for every outdoor day and, for July to September, one buffer date pencilled in the same week at no extra charge.
